1. What PedLaor is

PedLaor helps you find a doctor and book an appointment. PedLaor is not a clinic and gives no medical advice. Its specialty suggestions are not a diagnosis. Your doctor and clinic are responsible for your care.

Emergencies: do not use PedLaor. Call 119 or go to the nearest hospital right away.

2. Doctor listings

The ✓ Verified badge means PedLaor checked the doctor's license number. Fees, hours and other details come from the clinic and may change; the clinic confirms the final fee.

3. Booking, changing and cancelling

• Use your real name and phone number.
• A booking is a request until the clinic confirms it.
• You can change or cancel up to 2 hours before, using the phone number you booked with. After that, call the clinic.
• If you don't come and didn't cancel, the clinic may mark you as a no-show.
• Don't book times you won't use, or for someone else without their agreement. A parent or guardian books for a child.

4. Deposits

When you book, you can choose to pay a $2 KHQR deposit or book for free. If you choose the deposit but don't pay within 15 minutes, the time is released. If you or the clinic cancel, the deposit becomes credit for your next booking (valid 6 months), or you can ask for the money back by sending a photo of your KHQR or your bank account number, and we refund it within 3 days. If you don't come and didn't cancel, the deposit is not refunded.

4a. Health Shop

Equipment in the Health Shop is sold or rented by approved clinics and medical shops, not by PedLaor. When you send an order, we pass your name, phone number and address to the seller, who calls you to confirm. You can pay by KHQR when ordering (the money goes to PedLaor, which pays the seller) or pay the seller on delivery. If a paid order is cancelled, PedLaor refunds it within 3 days to the KHQR or bank account you give. An unpaid KHQR order is cancelled after 15 minutes. Sellers are responsible for their products. After delivery you can rate what you bought, and report a problem or ask to return it within 7 days; the seller answers and PedLaor decides if needed. Prescription medicines are not sold. Ask your doctor which equipment is right for you.

5. Reviews and chat

• Only people who really visited can review. Be honest and polite; don't write about other patients.
• PedLaor may hide reviews that are abusive, false, or share private information. Your name is never shown on a review.
• Chat with a clinic is for questions before booking. It does not replace a consultation and is not for emergencies.

6. Fair use

Don't make fake bookings, send spam, copy the site's data automatically, or try to open other people's bookings. PedLaor limits how often forms can be used and may block anyone who misuses the service.

7. Liability, changes and law

• PedLaor does its best but does not promise the service is always available or error-free, and is not responsible for a clinic's care, prices or cancellations, as far as the law allows.
• When these terms change in an important way, we update this page and its date.
• The laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia apply.
