We collect only what bookings need. We never sell your data and never use it for advertising. No account is needed.
1. What we collect

A symptoms note can hold health information. Write only what the clinic needs to know before your visit.
2. Location and cookies
- Near me: your location is used only when you tap the button, rounded to about 1 km, to sort doctors by distance. It is never stored.
- Cookies: your language, light/dark choice, and the "My bookings" list of booking codes, kept on your own device. No advertising or tracking cookies.
- Spam protection: to limit how often forms are used, we keep a scrambled code made from your internet address (never the address itself), deleted within 2 days.

Data may be stored on servers outside Cambodia.
4. How long we keep it
We keep booking and chat information as long as it's needed for your bookings and PedLaor's service. You can ask us to delete it at any time. Payment records are kept as long as the tax law requires.
5. Your rights and contact
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information. Send your booking code and the phone number you booked with, so we know it's you.
